CONCENTRATED EXTENDERS

ONE-STEP™ Extender: For bovine and caprine semen. ONE-STEP™ is a concentrated stock soluon of

dislled sterile water containing tris buer, citric acid, fructose, and glycerol. Water and egg yolk must be

added prior to the addion of semen. All contents combined will produce 1,000 ml of extender.

TWO-STEP™ Extender: A CSS approved extender for the two-step processing of bovine and caprine semen.

There are two boles of concentrated soluon containing dislled sterile water, tris buer, citric acid and

fructose. One bole also contains glycerol. Water and egg yolk must be added prior to the addion of

semen. All contents combined produce 1,000 ml of extender. Sold individually, 20 per case
