DUTCHLAC MILKING SYSTEMS
Good milking equipment is very important
to achieve high quality milk produced under
hygienic conditions. Well adjusted milking
equipment is important to maintain good
udder health. Therefore Van der Ploeg
International BV developed its own milking
equipment named Dutchlac, equipped with
heavy galvanized stalling equipment, easy to
handle and with low maintenance.
We can deliver milking parlours from a simple
herringbone system to an advanced side by
side rapid exit system. The milking parlours
can be supplied with automatic identi cation
system by means of leg transponders with
heat detection system, automatic milk
yield recording system and a sorting gate.
Also a push-up gate for the waiting room
is possible. All systems are integrated in a
herd management computer system for easy
management of the farm.
MILK PROCESSING
Maximum pro t can be obtained by controlling the production
and the processing of milk. We therefore extended our eld of
expertise to dairy processing lines. Van der Ploeg International
BV can deliver all equipment necessary to process pasteurized
milk, cream, yogurt, ke r, cheese, butter etc.. Our packing
machines can take care of appropriate packing in cartons,
bottles, bags or cups.
